The Beginning

The Taipei Forum for Discussion and Learning began its work in July 2010. Four speeches were presented every Sunday evening. Here are the presenters and the topics:


July 4, Ethan Kegley:

July 11, Roman Zaytsev:
“The Concept of the Free Will in the Moral Philosophy of Immanuel Kant”

July 18, Angel Cvetkov:
“The impacts of non-ordinary states of consciousness in healing, psychology, anthropology and art: Stanislav Groff and his experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness”

July 25, David Archdall:
“A curious person's guide to buddhism in the light of rationality's pyrrhic victory over the soul of man." Or "Why study Buddhism in the 21st Century?”
